How it Works
Mounted with a wall bracket (ideally in the Master bedroom), the RACP can be removed from the magnetic holder and held like a remote. The simple interface makes it intuitive for anyone to use, helping electricians deliver smarter, more convenient alarm systems and improving customer satisfaction.

Pair the RACP with any compatible RF wireless smoke alarms. The controller is compatible with both Red Original smoke alarms and Red Professional smoke alarms, provided they are RF-enabled models. Hardwired alarms will require an RFMOD.
What does it do?
- Test your RF-enabled smoke alarm mesh network.
- LOCATE the triggering alarm (during alarm activation) by silencing interconnected alarms.
- HUSH the triggering alarm after location (>20 sec) and identification of the source.
- SILENCE the low battery beep for 10 hours.
- MEMORY ‘D’ enabled alarms (Check date codes for compatibility)
- Put the alarm into the 14-day memory mode to identify which alarm triggered and what caused the event. Listen for the ‘D tone’
- No tone = No event
- 1 ‘D’ beep = Low battery alert
- 2 ‘D’ beeps = Fault
- 3 ‘D’ beeps = Alarm triggered
